Chicharrones are Extremely Popular in both Mexico and Spain and throughout Latin America. Made from carefully prepared pork rind that has been dried and salted, the rind is then fried to produce a fantastically light, salty snack that can be eaten on it’s own or with a dip.

Unfried Pellets -
Cooking Instruction
Deep Fry at 200c for 2 minutes. Drain and serve. Store in an airtight container to preserve crispness
