    Storage InstructionsKeep frozen (-18°C).
    Once defrosted do not refreeze, keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
    Directions for UsePlace your filling in the centre of the dough, fold this in the middle, then press the edge either with your fingers or with a fork to close the pie crust.

    Oven: Brush the top surface with beaten egg. Cook in the oven (not microwave) at 180°C for 10-20 minutes until light brown in colour.

    Deep frying: Fry in hot oil or fat at 180°C for 2-3 minutes until light brown in colour.
